Best foods for women who are menstruating

- Adding to the consumption of foods that contain fiber. Existing fiber in vegetables and fruits can reduce the complaints of PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome). Examples are the pineapple, the fruit is rich in vitamins A, B and C, and manganese. These minerals have been shown to reduce water retention and improve mood those who consume them. Thus, women will be free from the problem of flatulence. Also bananas are also very good to eat because it can help reduce symptoms of PMS, including breast tense, mood swings and water retention.
- Reducing the savory food. Content available on the savory flavor of food should be reduced to consumption. Foods that should be avoided for example nuts and chips.
