Scary species of deep sea fish
Apparently, there are fish life at the water sea that very deep. Fish in these environments must adapt to the high pressure of sea water and environment that is not impenetrable sunlight. Because of this environmental adaptation, the deep ocean has a special feature of fish with a unique shape or even can be called scary. Shape of them is very different from the fish that are often found in normal water depth. Here are some examples of scary deep sea fish.
Viperfish

This fish has a look that seems cruel, because it has wide mouth with long sharp teeth. Like other deep sea species, this fish also has a see through skin and organs that goes on, because a process called bioluminescense. This fish look even more scary, because it has wide eyes which serves to collect as much light at the deep sea that has very low light or no light at all. It mouth was wide, making this fish could prey on other fish that have larger body size of them, plus is body also elastic. In fact, viperfish often prey on the fish species themselves to survive, due to lack of food in their ecosystems.
Fangtooth fish

This fish is known by the scientific name Anoplogaster cornuta. Although this fish looks like a monster, but the body size of this fish can only grow to a maximum of about 6 inches long. Is his trademark, Fangtooth fish have a short body and large head size. The environment of this fish is at a depth of about 16,000 feet below sea level. High pressure sea water and cold temperatures, making food scarce in these environments, so that these fish eat almost anything that can be met.
Dragonfish

One of the this scary deep sea fish has the scientific name Grammatostomias flagellibarba. Its environment is 5000 feet deep in the sea. This fish has a kind of lit trunk that connects to the chin. In the body of dragon fish, there are also body parts that are lit, which is a sign as the fish breeding season.
Anglerfish

Anglerfish is one of the most hideous fish. This fish is very popular with the way of captures its prey, by of fishing for other fish use parts of its body protruding. This unique body part is similar to the fishing hook. This fishing hook be able to shine with Bioluminescent process, which originated from millions of light bacteria which stuck in there, so attractive to its prey. When there is prey that are interested in approaching the bait, Anglerfish immediately devoured the fish. The scientific name of this fish is Melanocetus johnsoni, and environment is 3000 feet under sea level.
Gulper eel

This eels are known by the scientific name Eurypharynx pelecanoides. Its form is elongated with a larger head than the body and has a wide mouth. Gulper eels can grow to a length of 2 to 6 feet. This fish can be found at depths of 3,000 to 6,000 feet under sea level.
Giant octopus

This octopus has a scientific name Architeuthis dux. This is one of the biggest sea animals, which can grow up to 60 feet long. This is the largest invertebrates ever. The life of this giant octopus still save a lot of mystery, because its existence so far largely unknown at the time of the giant octopus is dead. For example because caught fishing nets or found in the belly of a whale.
Giant isopod

The animal was known by the scientific name Bathynomus giganteus. Environment is 2000 feet below sea level, and can live up to 16 feet long.
Long nosed chimaera

This fish has the scientific name Harriotta raleighana. Body length can reach 5 feet, and has long nose shape. Environment is 8000 feet below sea level.

That fish is ugly and scary, but they wonderful coz living at high pressure environment, very deep below environment.
However the way they give off light in the dark water remains a mystery.
I prefer to call them “Monster fish”
