Tourist destinations on the Lombok Island
Lombok Island is one of the island in the Indonesian which is a tourist destination. The existence of the island of Lombok is now famous throughout the world rivaling the prestige of the Bali Island, an island known in advance because of cultural and natural beauty. On Lombok Island there are various attractions that would be very unfortunate if it is passed by tourists.

One tourist destination on the island of Lombok is Suranadi. The place is a complete tourist facilities such as hotel with equipped with a swimming pool and warm water and tennis courts. There is also the oldest Hindu temple which is about 17 km from the city of Mataram, the capital of West Nusa Tenggara Province.
Also visit Lingsar, Hindu temple with the sacred fish in the pond. This Attraction is located 9 km from Mataram. Then there is the attraction Batu Bolong which has a temple on the rock that juts into the sea. If the weather clears we will easily see Mount Agung in Bali. To enter the Batu Bolong area, visitors are required to use the yellow ribbon of fabric being leased at the site and placed around the waist. Batu Bolong landscape is stunning. Views of the sea water filtered through the rock between the holes pose a beautiful natural sounds are heard.


Not forgetting there Senggigi beach, which is a natural beach with white sand and clean. The beach is surrounded by hotels, inns and bungalows which that located about 10 km from Mataram. Other tourism objects are Sire Beach, which provides beautiful views of the marine park, completed with exotic coral rock. On the island of Lombok there are three famous dike, namely Gili Air, Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan. Three of the dike known for the beauty of the marine park that is perfect for diving and surfing.
Having satisfied all these attractions, tourists can go on to enjoy lovely Ampenan, an old port city which has a typical building with ancient architecture and Cakranegara. It is a business city and have a farm market, bird market, and Mayura springs as well as the largest Hindu temple in Lombok, the Pura Meru. Cakranegara reputedly was once a former empire, but for now the former royal or sites where it could no longer recognizable.
